YEHA Five-star Hotel and Resort project is a retrofit and extension of the current hotel. Located in Axum, close to the Stelae Park, the new project includes retrofitting works of existing restaurant and bedrooms, new bungalows, new block for new rooms, new conference hall building, new event garden, traditional, ethnic and European restaurants, swimming pools and all other facilities. The hotel currently accommodates 70 rooms and will grow to 213 rooms by the end of this project. The project has been divided into 18 blocks, and for each building, a specific static concept has been developed. Deep coordination with the architect has been implemented to respond to requirements and to secure and improve the architectural quality of the different buildings.
