Leadcom poles are security poles constructed in the UNECA compound. Their height ranges from 1.2 m to 10 m. The function of this structure was to safely and conveniently support security system elements such as closed-circuit cameras, motion sensors, car plate readers, and other similar items. The poles are made of steel and are designed to carry self-weight, additional dead loads, live loads, and resist the incoming wind load with due consideration of vibration.
